CSR: new challenges

Our world is facing both technological and societal developments and changes. As a result, social and environmental concerns are key issues for companies.

CSR has become a key issue for all economic actors and extends to all sectors of business life.

Evolution for lawyers

In 2017, the French national bar introduced the concept of RSCA, which is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility adapted and deployed in law firms. It enables law firms to take responsibility for their management and compliance with professional practices.

A topic for the future
